As an educator for twenty years, I take great pride in student achievement. While teaching in high schools, I loved watching students and players excel and take the next step in their lives. My experience in undergrad was filled with great professors, and I knew (even then) that I wanted to join their ranks in Higher Education.

With the support of family and friends, I obtained a terminal degree and landed a tenure-track faculty position at the Univerisity of Arkansas at Monticello. It has been a great first year guiding students toward their careers.
